Lefteris D. Eleftheriou

Advises major domestic and international banks and financial institutions on recovery and other issues.
Advising and representing litigants in the family Courts in proceedings relating to divorce, custody, maintenance, property, adoption, and abduction.
Regularly appearing before the District Courts.
Negotiating with other parties’ advisers.
Involved in numerous cross-border transactions in connection with immovable property in Cyprus.
Dealing with a wide range of commercial law matters, including corporate, insolvency, financial and banking law.

Lefteris has experience in Corporate & Commercial law, banking litigation representing major national and international banks in litigation matters and counselling banks and other financial institutions on all banking issues. He is also involved in all aspects of matrimonial and family law as well as on issues of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Lefteris has also extensive experience in real estate, conveyancing, wills, succession, probate, contract law.

Georgia D. Eleftheriou

Advising clients on road traffic accidents, torts, employer's liability, personal injury, claims, insurance claims and disputes, debt collection and criminal matters.
Regularly appearing before the District Courts, Assize Courts and the Supreme Court, handling corporate litigation claims, personal injury and negligence claims, having been involved in some of the most serious and high-profile cases in this field, especially cases involving complex issues.
Advising and negotiating private individuals and Cyprus Investments Firms on disputes.
Advising companies on regulatory and compliance matters.

Georgia has experience in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution with a special focus on personal injury, medical negligence, criminal law, torts and insurance claims and is involved in contractual and liquidation cases. Georgia has also experience in Investment Services and she is advising Cyprus Investment Firms on regulatory and compliance matters.
